SHIPPING COMPANIES
We use FED EX GROUND, U.P.S., OR U.S. Postal Service shipping on all in stock items (most items) & ship them within 2 days of ordering. If we are out of stock or it is a part from another source, shipping will occur as quickly as possible. Standard shipping takes from 1 to 8 days depending on your distance from us. All orders are insured for protection. All truck ship items (hoods, doors, fenders) will be send by common carrier to either a business address or a distribution center or can be sent to a residence for an additional $55 above and beyond any other truck shipping charges. ONLINE CREDIT CARD SECURITY
When placing an online order, all credit card information goes through a secured gateway with Card Service International using the latest in encryption methods. Security is such that we do not even receive your credit card information, thus avoiding hackers. In the event that we need to modify an order(with your permission, of course) we will contact you by phone or e-mail. In the event that we cannot reach you by either way, your order will be put on hold until a time when we can reach you.
PLACING ORDERS
You may make purchases online, by phone, mail, or by fax. All mail & fax orders will receive a phone call or e-mail by a representative to confirm your order.

RETURNS

Although we strive for complete product satisfaction, we will accept returns under the following conditions:
The items must be in the original condition with no alterations or damage of any kind including abuse, mistreatment, water damage, or modifications .
Electrical components must be returned in their original packaging with unbroken seals. If the item has been opened or installed, we will not accept the item for return.
Return of any items due to shipping errors or wrong order must be done within 15 days of the date of purchase and item must be in new, re-saleable condition. A credit will be issued for the price of the item only. All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

WARRANTIES

Products manufactured by Custom Classic carry a limited lifetime warranty which guarantees against defects in workmanship or product failure by normal use.
Custom Classic is not responsible for alterations you make to your vehicle in regard to state or federal laws, safety, reliability, resale value, etc. Responsibility is yours as the consumer for ANY modification, conversion, or installation of products which we offer.
Our Shaved Handle Systems carry a Lifetime Warranty which covers manufacturer defects on every component! Even the Backup Batteries and Remote Control Brains!

Products from other manufacturers may carry a manufacturers warranty. Custom Classic will process such warranties if the merchandise is returned within 90 days of the purchase date. Warranty coverage is strictly what the manufacturer offers. All warranties are void if the product has been altered, mistreated, abused, water or fire damaged, modified, or ill-treated in any manner.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless due to incorrect part being shipped.
