Installing Bolt On Roll Pans

INSTALLING A BOLT ON ROLL-PAN

Factory F150 Sport rear end with stock bumper

First order of business is to remove the Stock bumper and tailgate. Then a test fit is made with the roll pan.
There is a mounting flange which fits under and behind the tailgate. After checking the fit on both corners, mark the bed for attachment with self tapping screws (provided).

Attach the roll pan with provided self tapping screws.
Here is the test fit with the tailgate installed. The roll pan fits snug.
The finished roll pan painted and installed.
